CABINS (Climate Controlled)

 

Participant Cabins - $25.00 per person per night

• Eagles Nest (sleeps 38)

• Mountaintop Retreat (sleeps 15)

• Bear Claw (sleeps 38)

 

Corporate Group Cabin – Lonewood Retreat

• With Conference - $40.00 per person per night

• Non-Conference - $50.00 per person per night

 

TENT CITY

Tent with cot (85): $5.00 per person per night

 

CONFERENCE CENTER

Main meeting room, Four (4) breakout rooms and Audio Visual: $250.00 in addition to food and lodging.

 

FOOD SERVICE

• Latimer provides a menu choice plan for each group. All meals are well-balanced and we will work with your group to accommodate special dietary needs.

• Meals are typically served at 8:00 AM, Noon and 5:30 PM.  These times are somewhat flexible and may change if more than one group is at our facility.

  • Breakfast --$6.00 per person

  • Lunch --$8.00 per person

  • Dinner --$10.00 per person

 

CHURCH/SCHOOL RETREAT AND CAMP SPECIAL RATE

Special rates have been established for churches and schools for weekend retreats and week-long summer camps. This rate includes access to our lakefront, kayaks, use of recreational activities area, cabins, tents, shower house, hiking trails, mountain bikes and all meals. Please contact our Reservation Director to discuss rates.

 

PROGRAM USAGE FEES

Climbing/Rappelling (12 person minimum)

• Scout Groups: Fee is $20.00 per person

 

Shooting Sports (12 person minimum)

• Scout Groups: $25.00 per person (three hour session)​​

​Whitewater (April 1 to October 31) (12 person minimum)

• Scout Groups: $50.00 per person

• Non Scout Groups:  $65.00 per person

 

Kayaks (weather permitting)  NO SWIMMING AT LATIMER!

• Scout Groups: Must provide Certified Safety Afloat Adults (minimum of 2)

• Non Scout Groups - Must Provide Certified Lifeguard (age 21+)

Mountain Bikes

• Scout Groups: $10.00 per person

• Non Scout Groups (three hour session): $10.00 per person

 

Backpacking

• Fee is $5.00 per person.  Group provides own food and equipment. Latimer Reservation will provide you with maps and water service.

 

OTHER ACTIVITIES AVAILABLE

• Latimer Reservation offers the following activities at no charge:
